The 800 block of Monmouth is already home to an eclectic mix of media, creative, and tech companies. 810 Monmouth is looking to add to this momentum, and host 4-5 companies that will call 810 home, each with 4-8 employees working full time on site, and a hybrid space for those employees that want to "flex in and out."
